While each engagement is unique, much of our work falls into three categories:

The Big Picture: Strategy

Building a robust fundraising program requires the ability to step back and see the challenges and opportunities within your big picture. We can help you build a strategic development plan with action steps and measurable goals, enabling you to deploy your valuable time and energies in the most effective way. Our plans are tailored to your size and needs, from 3-6 month timelines that strategically deploy priorities to meet pressing needs, to 18 month - 3 year timelines that take your organization from its current stage into its next chapter.

Your People: Talent, Training & Coaching

Your people are your most precious resource. Effective recruitment and professional development for your team ensures that your organization is united and aligned at every level. One-on-one executive coaching helps you manage people and processes, brings a renewed sense of energy to your work, and builds your capacity to deliver over the long term. Board retreats and training sessions broaden your leadership’s understanding of fundraising and their role as mission ambassadors, preparing them to proactively govern and guide your organization to long-term financial sustainability.

Making It Happen: Capacity Building

Sometimes, you need someone who is ready and willing to jump in and get it done. We can add capacity to your organization by providing guidance and elbow grease in all areas, including (but not limited to): major gift solicitation and stewardship, grant writing, annual appeals and direct mail solicitations, donor communications and collaterals, website and social media content, and special events.
