Founder & Principal
After spending more than a decade as an individual fundraiser, development leader, and communication specialist, Hannah founded Mission Driven Consulting in 2016 to support nonprofits at every stage on their path to reaching their fullest potential. Hannah and the Mission Driven Consulting team help organizations achieve financial stability and achieve their long-term vision and goals through strategic planning, staff recruiting, executive coaching, board development, content creation and more. Hannah has worked with dozens of clients throughout the Northeast and beyond.

Kate Amanna Demcsak
Senior Consultant
Kate has twenty years of experience in the nonprofit sector in the areas of nonprofit management, fundraising, and outcome measurement. As the New York lead for Candid (formerly Foundation Center), Kate oversaw the strategic direction and daily operations for the organization’s NYC services, connecting nonprofits to funding and knowledge resources. Prior to Candid, Kate was the program director at Project Sunshine, providing services to 100,000 pediatric patients worldwide. Kate received her MPA in Nonprofit and International Management from the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Kate is passionate about helping organizations measure, demonstrate, and increase their impact.
Jacquelyn Horstmann Didio
Executive Coach and Senior Consultant
Jacquelyn Horstmann Didio has spent the last 15+ years working for and with nonprofits. She has touched every aspect of nonprofit work from programming to executive leadership; leading organizations to coaching; and board membership to peer-to-peer fundraising. Her experience ranges from large, international nonprofits to small, local nonprofits across the nation. Committed to using socially responsible, equitable strategies, she is a connector and bridge builder between people and her passions.
Amanda Jaffe Communications, Grants & Projects Consultant
Amanda Jaffe is a former attorney with three decades of legal experience who, since 2019, has devoted her time to writing. Combining her years of legal and analytical experience with her love of the written word, she provides content creation, project support, copy editing and grant writing services, all with a focus on communicating ideas and helping organizations put them into action.

Sarah McNamara has been bringing strategic thinking and on-the-ground implementation to organizations for 30+ years. She ensures that decision making and processes align with an organization’s goals. Katie Nojima has 15+ years of experience as a fundraising professional working in the performing arts. Her expertise covers every aspect of development including major gifts, gala events, membership, board development, and strategic long-term planning, all centered on building relationships with devoted supporters and enthusiastic audiences.

Amanda Nover has spent the last 10+ years as a fundraiser in local and national organizations, specializing in corporate partnerships and special events. She has executed record-breaking galas and donor programs and also managed the corporate social responsibility efforts for a major company in the DC region.

Executive Assistant
Educated in Graphic Design and Photography, Danielle Wilkinson has expanded her skills into the role of Executive Assistant with 20+ years of experience including freelance in the industry. She has supported multiple clients, both on US-based and international teams. Her experience in layout and logo design, print media, photo editing, and preparing artwork for the web, add extra value to her admin role, allowing her creative thinking to shine through.
